Let's REFFFING GOO to an Event!
The Scott Self Memorial Scholarship was created in 2021 by the REF to honor the legacy of Scott Self and his belief in the value of hands-on skills and craftsmanship. This scholarship provides graduating seniors from Rockwall ISD with the opportunity to continue their education in trade schools and technical programs.
