The Diana Steger Chapman Scholarship
Diana Steger Chapman served as the steady heartbeat of Rockwall ISD for more than 4 decades, serving as the Administrative Assistant to 6 RISD Superintendents. But Diana's impact on the district reached far beyond the walls of the Superintendents office, serving countless staff and teachers.
So, in January of 2026, we launched a professional development scholarship in honor of Diana, ensuring that her legacy will live on through the continued growth of those that she served for many years.
